TEMPERATURE CHECKING
Prior to entering the clinic, we will check your temperature using a ‘touchless’ infrared thermometer.

CLEANSING STATION
On entering the clinic and prior to your consultation with the doctor, you will be asked to use the hand sanitiser provided. Protective gloves will also be provided at the Cleansing Station if required.

PPE
To ensure both your safety and ours, both Doctors and staff will be wearing full protective PPE at all times. This will be in line with current guidelines and will include face masks, gloves and/or face visors.

CLINIC ‘DEEP CLEAN’
Prior to opening, to ensure your continued safety, ‘deep cleaning’ measures will take place. All surfaces and ‘areas of touch’ will be continually sanitised throughout the day and after each client.

SINGLE ATTENDANCE
To further ensure your safety, we would kindly ask that you call us when you have parked your car or you are near to the clinic. We will then let you know when you can enter the clinic and we will try our very best to ensure your waiting time is kept to a minimum.

THE 1+ M RULE
In line with current Covid-19 guidelines, we would kindly ask you to adhere to the 1+ m rule whilst in the reception area.

CARD PAYMENT ONLY
We accept both card or cash payments but would encourage clients who can, to please pay by card.

TOILETS
We are sorry, but for the foreseeable future, toilet facilities will not be provided.
