Welcome to Your Slimming & Cosmetic Clinic. By accessing or using our slimming and/or cosmetic services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking, purchasing a treatment plan, or using any of our slimming or cosmetic treatment services.

1. General Information

Our terms and conditions apply to all treatments, services, and products offered by Your Slimming & Cosmetic Clinic.

Treatments and services include slimming treatments, cosmetic treatments, and associated prescriptions and products prescribed by a medical practitioner.

Promotions, discounts, and offers throughout the year exclude Sterex treatments, Vitamin injections, and Cryotherapy treatments unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Payment Policy

  • Deposits for slimming and cosmetic treatment plans must be made in advance online via our website, over the phone with a member of the team, or at one of our clinics.
  • All online transactions must be completed through our secure payment platform. Following the completion of your transaction, your payment confirmation will be sent via email.
  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will retain the agreed-upon price at the time of booking.

3. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Treatment Refunds

  • Refunds will not be issued for completed treatments or services unless an error was made by Your Slimming & Cosmetic Clinic.

Appointment Cancellations

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
  • Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee unless approved by Your Slimming & Cosmetic Clinic management.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice will forfeit the deposit paid in advance.

Medication Returns and Refunds

  • Medications, including slimming products, are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed unless there is a proven defect or error.

4. Delivery and Shipping Policy

  • Products and prescriptions purchased online will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; however, Your Slimming Clinic is not liable for third-party carrier delays.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the delay or issue is a result of our error.

5. Refer-a-Friend Program

  • To qualify for refer-a-friend rewards, both the referrer and referee must be registered patients.
  • Rewards will be issued only after the referee completes their first paid treatment.
  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions.

6. Slimming and Cosmetic Treatments

  • All slimming and cosmetic treatments require an initial consultation to determine suitability by a medical practitioner.
  • Results may vary from patient to patient and are not guaranteed.
  • It is the patient’s responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history during the consultation.
  • Patients are advised to follow post-treatment care instructions for optimal results.

7. Online Prescription Requests

  • Online prescription requests are subject to a virtual consultation and approval by a licensed medical practitioner.
  • Approval is based on medical history and your current health status, which must be provided truthfully and in full.
  • Deposits for online prescription requests are non-refundable once the consultation is completed unless it’s been approved by Your Slimming & Cosmetic Clinic.

8. Online Slimming Service

  • Online slimming services include consultations and prescription slimming medications, provided remotely.
  • Patients must adhere to all clinical guidelines and disclose any side-effects immediately.
  • Non-compliance with the prescribed treatment may result in discontinuation of our clinical services without a refund.

9. Liability

  • Your Slimming & Cosmetic Clinic is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by patient failure to follow pre or post-treatment instructions.
  • By agreeing to these terms, patients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with slimming and cosmetic treatments.

10. Amendments

Your Slimming & Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
